Important Information

Arrival & departure
Please come to the salon reception first to check in the dog and complete all relevant paperwork. We will collect your dog from your car, so please do not bring into reception. Please ensure you allow plenty of time when you drop off .

Charges
An estimate of the costs for your dog’s stay will be emailed to you on booking. The full amount is payable when dropping off your dog. The charges made are per night. Payments can be made on line in full or part payments if required.

Bank Holidays
We are open 365 days a year for boarding but do ask for a deposit for pre-booked kennels during the Christmas period. We do not accept drop off or collections on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Bank holidays are subject to Sunday hours.

Veterinary Expenses
All dogs needing treatment will be treated by our on call vet and they will contact your vet if further information is required. Injuries occurring in kennels are covered by our Insurance up to £1500, excluding any pre-existing conditions but illnesses that occur while in kennels are at customer’s expense.

Health
If your dog appears unwell at the time of admission, we reserve the right to request that you ask your vet to confirm that your pet is healthy enough to stay with us.

Medication
We are happy to administer medication without charge. Please make sure you send enough for your dog’s stay in the original packaging showing vet instructions. Please note we do not offer wound management, dressing changes or injections. We can arrange for our vet to do this and costs for this would be added to your bill.
