• We will always try to groom your pet to your needs, breed standards or practical cuts to suit their lifestyle.
• Upon arrival to your appointment, we will discuss what it is you would like from the groom, then we can advise on length of groom and cost.
• We offer a free consultation that can be used without an appointment booked, to go through it all and to see your pet and discuss outcomes.
• We can provide grooming for most dog breeds, cat breeds and sizes. With our speciality being in Handstripping.
• Cat grooming requires 2 members of staff for safety. We have dedicated Tuesdays for cat grooming. It takes place in a separate part of the salon, designed for cat grooming.
• We offer advice & help with coat care and home brushing, along with advice on specialist products and brushes to use.
• Every dog & cat is different, so therefore, every groom is different and it will be tailor made to their individual needs.
